Fiona celebrates another parkrun PB

Fiona is a fab advert for running in your fifties!

After achieving my goal of running a 5k; which had seemed an impossible task only weeks before, I was then encouraged and inspired to enter a 10k race.  For this, I worked closely with Andie who wrote me running plans that were tailored to me and my ability.

Super Sian’s journey from non-runner to multiple marathon runner!

Andie has given me the tools to manage my day-to-day training myself explaining the basic principles of different training activity but I know that if I wanted to train up for a specific event she would be able to help me. It is a massive help to know that someone is there to encourage you when you have a bad run (they happen) and to celebrate with you when you achieve something you never thought was possible. I would highly recommend Run-Well at whatever stage of your running journey.

RunWell revitalises Tammie’s training!

Caragh is back running thanks to a RunWell strength plan from Coach Jo

I have continued to follow her running plans and have steadily Read more about Caragh is back running thanks to a RunWell strength plan from Coach Jo[…]

Paddy’s journey – so far!

Shortly after, I joined CMRC where I met two wonderful coaches in Andie and Jo. When I started Read more about Paddy’s journey – so far![…]

Shirley shares her success story

Four years ago I lost my lovely Mom and at that point I decided to get fit. I joined a gym and started the Couch to 5k on my own, road running, running in the forest and on the treadmill. The plan was to do the new parkrun as my graduation run. I completed it Read more about Shirley shares her success story[…]

A recommendation by 4 time half marathoner Emma

I started running in 2015 when I joined Cleobury Mortimer Running Club for the couch 2 5k group – I found this really hard and nearly gave up but Andie & Jo kept encouraging me that I could do it so I persevered! 3 years later I am still running and still love it thanks to CMRC Read more about A recommendation by 4 time half marathoner Emma[…]
