Super Sian’s journey from non-runner to multiple marathon runner!

Andie has given me the tools to manage my day-to-day training myself explaining the basic principles of different training activity but I know that if I wanted to train up for a specific event she would be able to help me. It is a massive help to know that someone is there to encourage you when you have a bad run (they happen) and to celebrate with you when you achieve something you never thought was possible. I would highly recommend Run-Well at whatever stage of your running journey.
