Our track sessions focus on improving technique and speed for the 5km distance in particular but these sessions will benefit anyone wishing to run faster.

All abilities are welcome and can enjoy training together on the track, it is a fully inclusive session where we will work on good running technique and practice race pacing. A variety of workouts will get everyone running more efficiently and faster!
