Exciting news! We are back at the track!
A new block of track sessions will begin on Saturday October 17th October and run until 21st November inclusive. 9-10 am. We will be focusing on improving speed for a faster 5k.
Sessions take place at Stourport Sports Club Track (click link below for location details):
All abilities are welcome and can enjoy training together on the track, it is a fully inclusive session where we will work on good running technique and practice pacing for the 5k event. A variety of workouts will get everyone running more efficiently and faster!
