Run Well Track Sessions

Track Sessions are back!!

Get yourself 5k ready in time for the return of parkrun!

Two new blocks of track sessions will begin on Saturday April 24th 2021 and run until May 29th 2021 inclusive at 9-10 am and 10-11am. We will be focusing on improving technique and speed for the 5km distance in particular but these sessions will benefit anyone wishing to run faster.

Sessions take place at Stourport Sports Club Track (click link below for location details):

The cost will be ¬£36, payable in advance to secure your booking. This course sold out quickly last time so please don’t delay in securing your place.

All abilities are welcome and can enjoy training together on the track, it is a fully inclusive session where we will work on good running technique and practice race pacing. A variety of workouts will get everyone running more efficiently and faster!

We have 24 places available on each course (12 athletes per group)
Attendees must be over 16 years old
If you are aiming for a specific 5km time, please specify.
This may include sport, exercise and brisk walking or cycling for recreation or commute but should not include house work or physical activity that is part of your job.
