Our popular RunWell track sessions focus on improving technique and speed for the 5km distance in particular but they will benefit anyone wishing to run faster.
Our next track course will begin on November 4th 2023 for 5 weeks and take place on Saturday mornings 9-10am – so we can run in the daylight! This course will aim to improve your 5k/parkrun time and we will be encouraging everyone to attend a parkrun or run a 5k time trial prior to starting the course.
We will then provide technique and speed workouts on the track each Saturday morning and each athlete will be provided with a generic 5-week training plan to assist you in running a faster time following the conclusion of the course.
The cost of the course is the same as last year – £7 per session if blocking the full 5-week course (£35 payable upfront) or £8 for individual sessions. All these sessions must be booked in advance as numbers are limited.

All abilities are welcome and can enjoy training together on the track, it is a fully inclusive session where we will work on good running technique and practice race pacing. A variety of workouts will get everyone running more efficiently and faster.
