We hold regular ‘Run faster” track sessions at the Stourport Sports Club
Remaining dates for 2019 are:
November 15th, 22nd, 29th
December 6th, 13th
All abilities are welcome and can enjoy training together on the track, it is a fully inclusive session where we will work on good running technique and practice pacing for different distances. A variety of workouts will get everyone running more efficiently and faster!
