We met Emma through volunteering at Wyre Forest parkrun and she approached us about a bespoke training plan for the recent Birmingham half-marathon.
On race day she smashed her PB and left us this review:
I started running 13 years ago and have never really improved. My schedule was to go out 3 times a week and blast 5k as fast as my feet could carry me! I never really got any faster and now I know why! My half marathon training plan from RunWell has completely changed how I run and made it far more enjoyable. I have seen some brilliant results this year thanks to Jo’s ongoing support and answers to my multiple questions! The RunWell track sessions have also provided an extra little boost! Since starting my plan 3 months ago, I’ve smashed my 1 mile, 10k and half marathon times by a considerable chunk. I can’t wait to get started with Jo now on my full marathon plan into 2019!
