Andrea Ford

I am a mum of two with a background in the leisure industry as a swimming and gym instructor.
I first started running in 2004 but like many beginners, a lack of correct training knowledge meant I was often injured (or got bored!). It wasn’t until 2013 that I finally joined a club (where thankfully I met Jo!) and properly fell in love with running.

I am a qualified UKA Coach in Running Fitness (based at Cleobury Mortimer RC) and have completed the Lydiard Foundation 1&2 Certificate. I have ran countless half-marathons and marathons including the London Marathon with a GFA place and this year I ran a comfortable Boston Qualifying Time. Importantly, I have avoided fatigue and injury and there is no doubt that following a correct ‘made-for-me’ Lydiard based training plan has helped me achieve these dreams.
I have now coached several other athletes to reach their goals from 10k to marathon and can’t wait to help you too!
